Lotus Photos: 2019’s Christmas Lunch and AGM

2019 Club Lotus Australia Christmas Party

Our 2019 Christmas lunch and AGM were held over the weekend, on Sunday the 8th of December, in Lane Cove National Park. Scroll along and enjoy a few photos of the festivities.

We gathered on a gray and hazy, but thankfully slightly less smoky, Sunday morning at the Commandment Rock picnic area in Lane Cove National Park. The plan was to earn our Christmas lunch by working through our 2019 AGM first, so upon decorating the car park suitably with a lovely collection of Lotuses, we got down to business.

Club President Ashton Roskill did an excellent job of hosting the AGM, and with the current committee carrying through their positions into the new year and the Club itself in a good place, we were quickly onto discussing plans for next year and our upcoming Lotus 2021.

Soon enough our picnic lunch, very kindly organised by Tom Devitt, arrived, and we got down to the very important business of divvying up picnic lunches, finding people with whom to share them and enjoying a relaxed picnic in the park.

Thank you to everyone who came along and joined us! Huge thanks as well to Tom Devitt, Elliott Nicholls and everyone involved in organising, Ashton for his most-excellent AGM hosting and our wonderful committee for all of their work as custodians of our club.

We wish you all a very happy, safe and healthy holiday break, and look forward to catching up with everyone at our next event (at time of writing, the Tyre Kick & Coffee on Sunday the 15th of December at Kokoda Cafe in Rhodes Park.)

  1. Hi all,
It was great to meet everyone at the AGM, and be warmly introduced to the Lotus Community.
    Thanks
