Given that our May the 8th drive day to The Paddock Sessions in the Hunter Valley coincides with Mother’s Day, we’re doing our best to make it a good one for our mums!
Peter C. Ross, recently of cider-making fame and new-music support, and Merryl are organising The Paddock Sessions in the field next to their house in the Hunter Valley on Sunday 8th May. Given that this is also Mother’s Day, the event is going to be very mother-friendly!
The event is a great excuse for a day out in the car, and the music lineup is amazing – particularly for those into the up-and-coming scene. We will be driving up on Sunday morning if anyone would like to keep us company.
Meet on Barwon Park Road, St Peters, near Sydney Park at 8.30am for a prompt departure to get there for the first band at 11.30. Those wishing to come along just for the drive are of course most welcome, and you can break off in Wollombi for lunch!
