Club Lotus Australia CSCA 2019 Round Six

Entry to the final CSCA round of 2020, to be held at Sydney Motorsport Park on Sunday the 18th of October, and hosted by the Jaguar Drivers’ Club, is now open!

Entry is available through the Motorsport Australia Members’ Portal at https://motorsport.org.au.

Due to the ongoing challenges provided by COVID-19, the process for signing up has changed. Read on for the full instructions kindly provided by Leigh Mellor, Sporting Secretary at the Jaguar Drivers Club Australia.

“Just a few notes on the process, which is a little more involved as Motorsport Australia refines its regulations in response to the pandemic.”

“When you enter through the Motorsport Australia Member portal and click on the Round 5 CSCA event, you will see that there are six documents requiring your attention. When you click on the URL for each document it will download it to your computer and will not automatically open the document. Below is a checklist to  assist you through the Motorsport Australia Portal process.”

Supplementary RegulationsDeclaration at the end of the Supplementary Regulations will need to be signed, scanned and returned to the Event Secretary at least 7 days before the event (October 11th latest)
Scrutineering Form – self scrutinyEach driver is required to perform their own self-scrutiny of vehicle and apparel and email a signed, scanned Motorsport Australia Self-Scrutiny Checklist to the Event Secretary via email at least 7 days before the event (October 11th latest).
Scrutineering Form – vehicle complianceMotorsport Australia Self-Scrutiny of Vehicle Compliance form must be signed, scanned and emailed to the Event Secretary at least 7 days before the event (October 11th latest).
Drivers’ BriefingDeclaration to be signed, scanned and emailed to the Event Secretary by October 11th latest
Support Crew COVID 19 DeclarationPlease note that no spectators are allowed at the event. Each driver is permitted one Support Crew person. If you intend to invite Support Crew, they will need to sign and scan the Support Crew declaration in the week prior to the event and email to the Event Secretary no later than Thursday, October 15.

An additional request – entrants need to email a scanned picture of their club membership card to the Event Secretary by October 11th latest.
