Sunday the 26th of October saw us gather around the city for a fun run through to Berowra for the inaugural Club Lotus Australia Fish & Chips Run. Damien Perera kindly documented the day, and you can enjoy his photos below.

The run saw excellent support by members, with about 25 bringing out 15 cars. We gathered in small groups around the city for the run, which took in some enjoyable roads, particularly closer to the destination. The weather held up too, with the promised rain holding off long enough for us to get home with roofs down.

Inspired by the success of this run and good memories of pre-COVID days in the cars, Ashton is already hard at work planning more. First up is the ‘Go For Broke’ run to lunch in the Hunter on Sunday the 30th of November, for which you can already register here. Then early in the new year we’ll head off on the Beecroft to Burrawang Blast, which we thoroughly enjoyed last year.
